Even if one will be reporting values rounded as you suggest the MET that the bot actually uses should use the extra accuracy. There is no calculation difficulty and using rounded values as inputs can lead to propagated errors. Also, even if you think the MET is not actually that accurate note the differences in win% which are used for the calculations are likely to be more accurate than the win percentages themselves. For example if 4a 11a is slighty too high 5a 11a likely is as well.
