XGM DMP's Bearoff

As part of my ritual for pre-tourney practice, I play matches on my phone, lots of matches. I tend to focus on DMP's, as the question 'Whats the DMP play?' most often applies across the board for many match scores - not always, but most often.
I have also recently realized that there is an 'export' option on XGM, so I dont have to play out the matches, then wonder why my PR was 18.9 or 1.89 or 0.89 in these matches, I can find out. I know, it seems a little foolish not to have used this feature before now. Anyway, lessons learned, and here is a position that raised a question in my head from today:
The score (after 0 games) is: XG Mobile 0, Keene 0 (match to 1 point, post-Crawford play)
Move number 3: Keene to play 43
XG Mobile 70
Keene 39 Position ID: d7eBABDn7gAAAA Match ID: cAkuAAAAAAAE Seems fairly trivial, I know this. Also equity difference is likely to be small, but whats the technically correct play here, and why?
