Depends on what "cautious" means...

White would like to make a second anchor. Her first preference would be the 3pt, then the 2pt, then the 1pt. I think it's worth hitting 3/2* to interfere with her making the 2pt, even though it opens up the possibility of White anchoring on the 3pt. But I don't like 3/1*; denying the 1pt isn't so urgent, and I'd rather leave the blot on the 3pt so that if White anchors there she must at least hit us. (Plus a blot on the 1pt is harder to force White to recycle.) So either 15/13 or 14/12 for the 2; I doubt there's too much difference between the two. How about 14/12 3/2*.
