DQ: Hit then play 44

1. The choice for the donkeys is to make either the 4 point or the 9 point.

2. How do you decide?

3. I tried doing a rollout but it looked like it would take too long to reach a robust conclusion on my junky PC.

4. If someone has a fast CPU and is interested in this problem, please do the rollout.
