I like P (Point, 9/1*(2)), to disconnect the opponent's back checkers and instead give her terrible 6s and 1s.
Some moves unstack the 2pt, most notably A (Attack, 9/5(2) 6/2(2)) or maybe E (Each, 20/16(2) 6/2(2)), but I can't see such candidates seriously competing with P.
If you move one of White's 8pt spares forward a pip (slotting her 7pt), then White's 6s and 1s play well even when entering. In that variant (not diagrammed), I'd go for the superior distribution of A.
