Breaking the anchor is too dangerous. Hence, I still prefer one of the moves which focus on the blot on the midpoint. 13/3 creates a dilly builder which is semi-dead. Yet 13/7, 6/2 or 13/9, 8/2 seem to be viable. I cannot see which of them is stronger. Aspects of duplication or diversification are normally helpful when it is necessary to make a decision like that, but I cannot detect them here.
I like 13/7, 6/2 a bit more than 13/9, 8/2.
