White is pretty much busted here, with a big racing deficit and no ability to form an anchor. With Blue's flexibility, I think this is a pass.

But I also notice that Blue has no blotting numbers this turn. It looks like the only way Blue will lose his ability to cash is if White rolls 66 next, and Blue will still have an edge even then. I think Blue can take a roll.
