I would not consider using my CALL in this position. I think it needs to be saved for positions that increase MWC more. I think most of the time you will use the CALL after the cube has been turned. It is also helpful to save the CALL as a defensive measure, which will limit opportunities for your opponent to use his.

I am curious as to the strategical effect the rule has on doubling, when both players have the call available.
