Bias in how most do XG analysis?

We talked before about the idea of bias but what was new to me was that the default XG analysis settings contain them.

Interesting concept of PR as being an entire definition and then not being biased. But PRs are often given without that. Should the full definition of the particular PR algorithm be consistently given along with a reported PR? Note that sometimes we hear something like "a deeper look decreased PR from 4.12 to 3.98".
