One set of dice should always be the rule

One thing that would help everyone get used to playing with clocks is to always play with one set of dice even when you are not using a clock. You simply signify the end of your turn by tapping the bar as if you were hitting a clock. Then when you get into an event with a clock the play will be natural.

One set of dice is better for many other reasons as well--prevents fast-rolling and arguments about cocked dice and what was rolled after the play as well as comforting relative to loaded or defective dice favoring one player or the other.

I believe one set would end many problems.
