The three plays I'm most tempted by are:

1) the hit b/23 24/18*

2) make the 4pt b/23 24/22 6/4(2)

3) make the 9pt b/23 24/22 13/9

Play 1) doesn't do enough I think so it's the more aggressive play leaving 3 blots and grabbing the 4pt or 2 blots and making the 9pt.

I don't know this opening or what is right, I would grab the 4pt.
