Dwek played pretty well from my memory of the book. I just opened a random page and saw Dwek played an opening 64 as 24/18 13/9. Barclay then gives us several eloquent paragraphs advocating 13/7 13/9 instead.

I read this and probably believed it at the time, no wonder my game is still horrible sometimes, unlearning the wrong things is no bargain ;)
