My first impulse was to get out of the way. Moving up to the 18pt (and, by default, also playing 24/23) may get you hit, but at least your opponent won't be making his 5pt.

On reflection, I wondered whether this roll is so bad that you can try crazy wild stuff like slotting. It didn't take much to convince me that was wrong.

That leaves 13/10 as the only alternative to U. It might be okay, but I'll stick with my first impression.
