Farewell everyone

Thank you, Keene for your message. The technician was not in my home. He was doing remote access through my new computer trying to get it set up for the transfer of the files.The computer would not take the software needed,so there was no need to keep the computer as he said, it must have been defective as it was standard software to get files transfered. At any rate,the files are within the backup cloud and the problem is to find a computer to take this software. Thank you again for your interest. I will post every now and then to communicate any progress.
