24/15 would be my first choice, but since I doubt anyone will go along with that I'll look for something else.

We can make the deuce point, bring down two or bring down one and slot the deuce.

I don't think bringing down two is the right idea since it leaves too many shots.

I'll make the deuce now - if we try to run out (and we should) and wind up with an exchange of bits the made two point will be a lot better than having a blot there. Slotting it keeps more checkers in front of their anchor, but I think the value of a point vs a blot outweighs that.
