something strange on gridgammon

I just finished a 7 pt match. I was trailing 5a 3a, had a good advantage in the game, and couldn't cube. A new set of dice would always appear, without leaving me the option to double? Has anyone experienced this? Could this be related to my settings?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
