One seldom sees an Eclipse of the sun and that of course is true when it is correct to ignore the opportunity of making the five point. In that I have received an early warning that making the five point is not correct, I will look elsewhere,13/9 is obvious. There is a 67% chance that the plot on the 18 point will be hit so 18/10. That leaves 13/9. That looks pretty and XG++ agrees. Had I played this and not the compulsive making the five point I certainly would not have got into a roll out. Of course XG++ analyses to certain parameters so it's no surprise that on occasions a roll out will produce something better, and it did.

24/16 18/14 13/9 and 24/20 18/10 13/9. When one has XG as a playing partner once you know the correct play very often the logic behind them can be found. Anyone of these three plays produces good structure. The runners are on the move and there is the beginning of a prime. I found the top play 24/16 18/14 13/9 very interesting. Even though there is a 61% chance of a hit one of the runners will make the other side. Of course the silver lining is they both may do so. It's a kind of pay now pay later maybe. With a bit of luck the cube will soon be in motion. I prefer my play and at -0.0335 I have no worries. What about the five-point play ? I guess it makes the five-point. A great study position the sure.
