I'll throw my hat into the ring. Because white has moved his anchor up, blue wants blocking points in front of it so I first move 13/9. Now here's a bold option: 18/14 13/5 which duplicates 2's. You said that we are looking for something odd but I would never play this over the board. To be slightly different from the other posts, after safetying with 18/10 I play 13/9. 13/9(2) 18/10
