Version 1.2 of UKBGF rules released

Following helpful feedback from players both on this forum - http://www.bgonline.org/forums/webbbs_config.pl?read=164808 - and elsewhere, version 1.2 (September 2014) of the UKBGF tournament rules has been released. This new version, as well as a comparison document showing the changes from the previous version 1.1, can now be downloaded from the UKBGF website: http://ukbgf.com/new-ukbgf-tournament-rules-adopted/
