1. 7/5 6/5. With White's spare on his 8 point and outboarding us, I'm not going to split. Question is, should we slot the 5 point or make it, leaving a blot on the bar point? When in doubt, make the 5 point, it is forever.

2. Is it a Take? With Blue on the bar vs a 5-pt board, maybe. But I'm not 100% sure. So, Woolsey Double. -- Ideally White needs to roll a 2, and then a 5 or 6, before before Blue rolls a 5. And, even if Blue enters first. White still has an ace-point game (but perhaps poorly timed and/or with a cracked board). Not at all sure, but I think I'll Pass.

3. Ahead in the race, I'll run 15/6, rather than leaving a double shot with 21/15 13/10. If the blot left on the 21 is attacked, we have a better board.

4. I'll clear the 6, rather than leaving an indirect now. With a little luck, we might not have to leave a shot.

5. Normally I would lift, but ATS with the cube turned, I'm not sure. But White does have 3 on the bar. We have good gammon chances even if we lift. So, I'll lift and bring another checker down, 13/7. --- Thanks for this quiz. It is a good learning experience (at least for me).
