TC: 5. Does 5/4 accomplish anything? Don't see it. I think I'd just bring down two more builders with 13/12 13/8.

Why, yes it does, it removes 44 as a super joker (entering and hitting 2, possibly), the 55 is no longer a super joker since it doesnt hit 2, and it moves the problem point to the rear of the board. It also increases the builders to make the point. (If I counted correctly).
