In Response To: New Computer coming XG issues (Coolrey)

Open your XG, go to help/registration/activation manager. Write down your key. It doesn't matter if you changed your email address, your street address, or your girlfriend. When you get your new computer, download XG and put in your key and activate it on the new computer. You will not be charged again, and you won't be able to use it on your old computer any more (unless you want to pay $25 to activate two computers at once.)

If you have a problem, call me and I will get on line and take control of your computer and do it for you.
