In practice I certainly would hold off but I imagine this might be a small double AtS. Lots of blots floating around and a few potential joker sequences. The reference position I use to keep me on my toes at 4a 2a is 31P-53P-C which seems harmless enough but is already a cube in the .030 range at this score. Your position has a lot more built in volatility which argues for a cube but I feel is also much weaker win % wise for the doubler.
