Tough one.

What if Player A decides that counting out loud was ok last roll, so this time I will sing la, la, la... for the next 30 secs of clock his time? What if he doesn't say anything but decides that banging his cup on the table continuously during his clock time helps him think? Is that ok?

The latter scenarios are perhaps a little over the top, however where is line drawn before TD intervention is required?
