Suggested Idea for Performance Grading

Perhaps I need to clarify what I mean by a "PRPR."
At any given time, after an initial minimum number of matches, you will have an 'overall PR.' This will be some weighted average of all your (predesignated) recorded matches, weighting more recent matches more heavily and perhaps ignoring sufficiently old matches. The exact formula is subject to discussion, but I would think that it would be equivalent to an average of somewhere between 25 and 50 matches, whatever threshold seems reasonable to weed out noise.
Now imagine plotting your "overall PR" with time. (By the way, I believe that XG automatically does this for every profile that you set up on your computer.) The peak of this graph is what I would call your "PRPR."
In particular, your PRPR would not ever be just the PR of any single match. It would always be some sort of running average.
Now, it's true that you could get "lucky" and get 25 easy matches in a row to score a particularly impressive PRPR, but that doesn't seem much more likely to me than that you would get 10 easy matches in a row and qualify for Mochy's 4.0 club, even though you get a lot more shots at getting that lucky streak in my system than in Mochy's system.
