Suggested Idea for Performance Grading

A measure of consistency needs to be in the mix somewhere I believe:

Player B plays 10 matches with average PR 3.2, and all match PRS between 1 and 4.5

Player C plays 10 matches with average PR 3.2, and all match PRS between 2.4 and 4.0

One can argue that C is a better player since he is more consistent.

Another point, where did the 1 PR come from? Perhaps it came from a match to 7 that went double, redouble + gammon and was all over in 20 moves. Should that count as much as a match to 7 that took 5 games with 20 moves per game, again all done for a PR of 1?
