Suggested Idea for Performance Grading

This approach certainly appears to have a lot of merit. As with PR-approach all pre-designated matches needs to be recorded, transcribed and analysed. How many matches (say to 7 points) are needed for the "ramp" from 1500 (or some other datum) and the reliability of ranking to be achieved typically? Are we talking 100s?
