Or alternatively, a special case could be made for doubting his integrity.

If a player gets long term results significantly higher than what one would expect from his PR could it be related to the fact that he has generally got away with one or more dubious practices?

Alternatively, of course, he might just have been exceptionally lucky.

I do think that your idea of awarding grades on the basis of the strongest bot currently available has more merit than on the basis of results - in our game, anyway.
