Interesting post, thank you Coolrey.

An Elo system that is a 'hybrid' between between either PR and the result of the match or VRR and the result of the match is probably best for you? With the right balance, someone who skillfully plays the opponent like a fish on a hook can still end up with a nice rating (deserved), despite some PR mistakes.
