I agree with Dmitriy's reasoning and Casper's addendum.

C (Cross) = bar/21, 8/5

After this play, the opponent's best rolls make a point on our head. Barring those, a good roll for him is to make his 5pt. But after such a roll, we will often get one or two direct shots.
