Worst Roll in Backgammon

For many years in my chouette, I claimed that 5-2 was undoubtedly, the worst roll in backgammon, in general. In other words, I think that 5-2 generally does nothing great for the player on roll.Of course, at times, 5-2 can be a joker, but that is the exception.As you play, watch how bad 5-2 can be. Last night , while playing backgammon, one friend suggested the worst roll might be 2-1.In bear offs, 2-1 is not great. Nonetheless, I think that 2-1 often makes good points in the game.
Based on your experience, and the bots, is there a way to actually determine whether 5-2 typically results in the lowest equity compare to any other roll ?
Off hand,what roll do you think is the worst roll without looking into bots ?
