I don't play money games so I'm not sure what the significance of the 8 cube redouble is over a 2 cube redouble other than testicular fortitude, but I'd drop this either way. White is on roll and ahead in the race and Black's 5-point board is open at the wrong end. Sure Black will enter half the time but I prefer to say he won't enter (a little less than) half the time and so falls even further back in the race. And half the time that he does enter he enters on the ace point so could still be far from out of the woods. The one thing that tempts me is White's rather inflexible structure and if Black's 5-point board was open on the ace point I would take (assuming that the race was still what it is and not the 10 points further back that moving those checkers to the 6-point would entail). I don't know if that really has enough significance to make this a take, but as I suspect the decision is close now I should think it would.
