GG: I would play 4-2 twice, putting 2 on the bar. This seems like the easiest choice of the four states to me.

GS: I am making the 23 point for sure. I would play 4-3(2) and for the final ace 8-7. 14-13 for the final ace is also reasonable. It would not surprise me much if 24-23, 14-13, 8-6 is best.

DMP: I would play 24-23, 4-3(2), 12-11, although 14-13 could be right. 12-8 looks very strong, too, though I can't quite pull the trigger on it.

Money: I would play 24-23, 4-3(2), 12-11, as I am protected against the fly shots by the Jacoby Rule and want to build a counter-prime.
