DMP 22 after 61

I faced this in the blitz semi finals. I eventually lossed to Mr. Zell, Peoria tourney director and 2007 ABT points winner. Please excuse me if I got his name wrong. But, I am almost sure that he is a director and I am sure that he is an ABT point winner from Peoria.

I looked at this and said out loud. I don't know how to play this. I took photos and remembered my BgOnline research and played it accordingly. What's your DMP move?
