Outfield control looks to be the issue here and the 13/4 doesn't help in that regard.

18/9 is what I would try. Hopefully White doesn't find 11 or 12 in his cup next roll. Most other rolls leave us with return hits and a stronger board or the chance to make the 8pt or 9pt
