My move. Faulty reasoning?

Player 2 has no board and that blot.
I would automatically (without thinking) make the safe play of 13/4,
but I noticed the lack of board and that blot before I hit send on my original comment
and was able to "rethink" the move.

I think the better 63 might be 18/9.
If we get hit, it isnt that big of a deal.
If we dont get hit, we are looking pretty good for making the prime stronger.

I realize I am probably way off base here,
and possibly my first move is the better one?
I dont think so with that lack of structure.
I will take the chance.
