What are the normal BG time settings?

There is no "normal" settings. Different tournaments use different settings.

While WBA events use 2 min. per point + 12 secs delay per move, the French Federation and other organizers use 2,5 min. per point + 12 secs per move. A Turkish group also uses the craziness of 11 minutes total time + 12 secs delay per move for a 11-point match, or 15 minutes total time + 12 secs delay per move for a 9-point match, or 10 minutes total time + 12 secs delay per move for a 7-point match and finally 5 minutes total time + 12 secs delay for a 5- point match.

WBA uses 3 minutes per point + 12 secs delay per move as a setting for Doubles, while others use 3 minutes per point + 15 secs delay per move and the mentioned Turkish group uses 2 minutes per point + 15 secs delay per move.

SpeedGammon settings seems to be a standard with 2 minutes total time + 10 secs delay per move for a 5-point match.
