One thing we want to pay attention to in these seemingly meaningless decisions is whether or not we have the possibility of getting a shot immediately. Here we don't. There's no roll that I can see where the opponent should leave us a shot even if we don't flat out make the four point.

With that in mind we move on to whether or not we need to push a checker around the board to keep flexibility or smooth out our distribution. We don't. That checker on the midpoint will be playable on almost any turn.

Since we aren't getting a shot immediately we should try to look into the future and leave all our numbers playing as good possible. This usually means 6s, 5s, 4s. If the big numbers play well then the small numbers will play well by default.

With all that mumbo jumbo being stated I can see why 13/9 6/4 and flat out making the 4pt should be the top contenders.
