I am sure I'd hit two OTB (B/22* 23/18*). It effectively destroys White's offensive threat for the time being, so White would need to establish a second anchor (not guaranteed) and time the backgame / holding game (iffy). With the QF making the 20 anchor becomes appealing, avoiding increasing the contact and waiting for doubles to run home. But let me stick with hitting two.
