Your estimate of Blue's chances is a tad high since White only misses 10/36 of the time. OTB I estimate White's percentage chances easily as 22x26/13= 44% so Blue wins 56%

Now this is a risk vs reward situation. The extra point put into play for Blue only gains about 7% ME while it loses almost 16% ME !! This is much more than a 56-44 ratio so it would seem that this is not close to a recube.

That's honestly all I need to see OTB and I won't burn any brain power determining the effects of being able to pass when I don't recube and miss.
