Hit or 4p?

My first instinct is to hit, 21/15*/11. However, hitting does make it easier for White to advance her anchor, whereas making the 4pt gives us excellent chances of making a five-prime or even a six-prime. White's indirect shots are not so serious because we're anchored and she has a blot in her board. Hitting gains ground in the race, but that's not so important in a priming battle. I will try 10/4 8/4.
