The way I'd do it:

15 hits - give these as wins for White. This compensates non-wins after the hit with wins from later hits. Of the 21 non-hits, Blue wins about 80% gammons. So 17 gammons wins and 4 single games.

Net: 17*2 + 4 - 15 = 23 out of 36, which is a little less then 0.64 (easiest to approximate from 24/36 - 1/36, which are numbers you'd remember). So the game is worth slightly less than 8 * 0.64 = 5.12, so 5 would be a reasonable settlement.

I'd probably ask for 5 and a drink to cover the small change.
