Just to super-simplify, assuming all the misses are gammons, and all the hits are losses, then 15*8 = 120, 21*16=336, 336-120 = 216 divide by 36 (# of trials) = 6pts. If the stakes are in the very very high range, then you can quibble over the decimals, and just take an XG eval, if they are lower stakes, then you are much less likely to be upset at a 50c or $2/$3 difference in real equity. So, 6pts, very simplified.
