legislation in online backgammon

I have a very serious question, for those who have a good knowledge in legislation.Let's say I play regularly in online backgammon site, and I have given analysis of many games of a player, whose average pr is 0.xx (obviously a bot),and I sent them to the site's regulator as well. And they take no measures(obviously they dont care),and this player still plays. Can I sue the regulator,or the site,or both of them for "lost profits"?What I mean by that is,that if they let bots play, that of course lowers my profit. Is it worth trying to sue the site,or the regulator,is it actually possible? Thanks for any answers in advance.
