Making the ten point blocks sixes from the anchor, but making the bar point gives a solid four prime and blocks sixes for the runner. And after 13/10(2) I'm not seeing a good way to play the other two 3s. 24/18 is viable, but there's no hurry to spring the backman and since it's all alone it won't turn into an anchor. 13/10(4) is also worth looking at, but breaks connectivity.
