A couple of things I would like to add;

1, White shouldn't hit with 42. She should play 8/4 6/4 no matter what Blue played. So it is a BIG swing number, favor for 24/16.

2, 66 is a very good roll anyway while 65 would be very poor if Blue played 24/16.

3, Duplication of three exist, but the effect isn't as large as 1 and 2. (You can observe the effect just comparing the equity after 64 and 63 or 54 and 53)
