Las Vegas Open main event started today with 88 in the Championship and 80 in the Intermediate.

At the Las Vegas Open the Super Jackpot and Limited Jackpot fields of 32 have been reduced to the final 8. In the Super Jackpot remaining players are Fogerlund, Savio, Culpepper, Grunwald, Malcolm Davis, and Stepan Nuniyants. In other two matches Magriel leads Sax 6-5/15 and Mochy and MCG are tied at 11. In the Limited Jackpot the final 8 are Kettler, Eleazar, Ferrin, Antranikian, Stringer, Bame, Moore, and Seewald.

There will be no streaming. I was told by one with knowledge of the circumstances that the hotel wanted an extremely large sum to supply the necessary bandwidth.
