Streaming via mobile -- feasible?

Here is another alternative...grant you it may not be as good as streaming but I must tell you I would rather see this than the streaming of a match.
I can get on line and transcribe any match while it is being played...and we can see the XG eval as we go along, which is nice.
Now, I can easily get on line with my personal hotspot (don't get turned on...I'm talking about a feature I pay $5 a month for in my IPhone) and I can get on webex and do a live broadcast on webex.
In order to watch my webex you would simply need the URL of the webex...I have given seminars on webex with over 100 people on at the same time...I don't believe more than that can watch, but I can explore it.
So you won't actually see and hear the players, but you will see all their moves and actions about the same time they happen along with the evaluation. And everyone on the webex can either type comments in chat (I think everyone would have to be muted except for a commentator that I can assign, and that would be a nice feature as well.)
So again, it's not streaming, but it's cheap, works fine (so long as we either have a wifi connection or the iPhone reception is decent), and it would suffice for now I believe.
