Hhmmm, not your best post ever.

When you say you offer bets if you can have Kit, then that's automatically against Kit's opponent, in this case Akiko.

It seemed to me that your original post came across as if you were saying: "I believe Kit is better than Akiko", even though that is not how you spelled it out.

Backgammon pressure is something experienced by those who go to tournaments and find themselves in the semis and the finals. It's got to do with swetty palms, dry mouth, and an increased Heart rate, etc. Things that to the uninitiated may seem irrelevant but which in practice tend to affect players' performances negatively.

some, a select few, are immune to backgammon pressure.
