In the game of chicken between the two outfield blots, I think we have the advantage and I would not lift the blot. We have the stronger board and White has a blot on her 1pt.

Dilly building might be O.K. but I would play bar/22 13/11. The alternative bar/23 13/10 seems weaker, giving White a few more fly shots from her anchor without any benefit that I can see.
